Consumer Unit changes
We only install top quality consumer units which are installed to the highest standard and we keep all our cables loomed in extremely neatly (just see our photos!) All our domestic consumer units come with type A RCBOs and surge protection as standard. Testing is carried out on all the circuits and you will be issued with an Electrical Installation Certificate on completion
EICRs, Testing and Fault finding
Do you have a short term let and need an electrical installation condition report (EICR) for the new short term let license?. Maybe you have a long term let or commercial building that needs it's periodic EICR? Or do you just a circuit that just keeps tripping? We are on hand to help. Testing has become something of a specialty for us and our years of knowledge help us to find faults and deal with them swiftly. For EICRs we can arrange a time that is suitable for you between holiday let bookings or around your tenants availability.
